Initial Service Fee $50.00
- $50 Diagnostic Fee – Applied toward the final invoice if the repair estimate is approved and digitally signed.
This fee covers:
- Device intake registration
- Professional diagnostic evaluation
- Pickup and delivery coordination (if selected)
- Technical assessment and estimate preparation

- The Device Intake documentation will be finalized during pickup after a physical inspection is conducted in the customer’s presence.
- By proceeding, both parties acknowledge and agree on the device’s visible external condition at the time of intake.
No repair work will begin without your approval.
- After reviewing the above conditions, please select your best time and We will confirm availability via email or phone
- Your preferred pickup date and time
- Your preferred delivery date and time
Diagnostic & Final Estimate
- Once your device is collected, our technicians will perform a detailed diagnostic evaluation.
- After completion, you will receive a final repair quotation, including: (Required replacement parts, labor costs and applicable taxes.)
If you accept this quotation, please provide your approval to proceed
- You must sign the estimate
- Return it to Lapfixbythepros LLC
- Repairs will begin only after written approval
If you decide not to proceed with the repair, your equipment will be returned at no cost.
