By using the website of Lapfixbythepros LLC, you agree to the following terms:
The Initial Service Fee $50.00 covers:
- Device intake registration
- Professional diagnostic evaluation
- Pickup and delivery coordination (if selected)
- Technical assessment and estimate preparation
Estimates
- Repair estimates are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- $50 Diagnostic Fee – Applied toward the final invoice if the repair estimate is approved and digitally signed
Start the repair
- All repairs are subject to diagnostic evaluation and written approval before work begins.
Repair Service Agreement Summary
- Devices are inspected upon intake.
- Diagnostic results will be provided before repair.
- No repairs begin without written approval.
- Repair timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
- Repaired devices must be picked up within 14 days after notification.
- Unclaimed devices may be subject to storage fees.
Payment
- Full payment is required before device delivery or release.
Limitation of Liabilit
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.
Lapfixbythepros LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Data loss
- Software corruption
- Third-party modifications
Refusal of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Refund & Payment Policy
- The $50.00 initial service fee is non-refundable unless the repair estimate is approved and digitally signed.
- All completed repairs are covered by a 30-day limited warranty.
- Due to the nature of technical services, payments for completed repairs are final once the service has been performed.
- If a part is special-ordered, deposits for parts may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7 business days.

- This information is used solely for: (Service communication, Estimates, Invoicing and Customer support.)
