1. Services

Lapfixbythepros LLC provides laptop and PC repair, diagnostic, and upgrade services in Kendall, Miami, FL and surrounding areas of Miami-Dade County. By scheduling a repair or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Diagnostic Fee

A $50 diagnostic fee is charged for each device submitted for evaluation. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your repair if you approve and proceed with the service. If you choose not to proceed after receiving your estimate, the $50 diagnostic fee is non-refundable. No repair work begins without your explicit written or digital approval of the estimate.

3. Estimates and Approvals

After diagnosing your device, we will provide a detailed repair estimate. We will not begin any repair work until you have approved the estimate. Approval may be provided digitally (via email, SMS, or our online form) or in writing.

4. Pickup and Delivery

Free pickup and delivery is available throughout Miami-Dade County. Pickup and delivery times are scheduled based on availability. We will handle your device with care during transport; however, Lapfixbythepros LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to your device.

5. Turnaround Time

Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours after estimate approval. Complex repairs or parts availability may extend this timeframe. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Warranty

All completed repairs include a limited warranty covering the specific repair performed. Contact us at repair@lapfixbythepros.com for warranty details. The warranty does not cover new damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.

7. Limitation of Liability
